Boerewors Bratwurst is a lean South African beef or pork sausage, coarsely minced and spiced with coriander, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. Shaped into a spiral, it’s uniquely flavourful.

Traditionally barbecued, it can also be fried or oven grilled.
